Introduction
The owner of the webshop glafira.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is Glafi OÜ (registered at 12418182), Contact: shop@glafira.eu. The website is operated by the Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop, LHV Pank, Citadele, Pocopay). registered address. All prices are in Euro (€). Payments are made outside the online shop by an authorised payment provider (Montonio AS).
Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you need to fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method.
The contract shall enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Shop.
If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.
Delivery to
Goods will be shipped to Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Lithuania.
Delivery to DPD and parcel machines.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within up to 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within up to 30 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-contract within 14 days.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form, which must be sent to shop@glafira.eu within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are wrong or defective).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the usual delivery method.
The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
The 14-day right of return does not apply, inter alia, to: goods made to your personal specifications, if the consumer has opened the envelope.
Right to lodge a complaint
The online shop shall be liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.For the first six months after delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to shop@glafira.eu.
The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webshop will refund the buyer all the fees that were included in the sales contract.
The online shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online shop forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Shop, they should be sent by e-mail to shop@glafira.eu.
If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising out of a contract between the buyer and the Online Shop. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
Processing of personal data

What personal data is processed
– name, telephone number and e-mail address;
– delivery address;
– bank account number;
– the cost of goods and services and payment details (purchase history);
– customer support details.
Purposes for which personal data is processed
Personal data is used for the management of customer orders and the delivery of goods.
Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer details) is used to compile an overview of goods and services purchased and to analyse customer preferences.
The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
Personal data, such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
The IP address or other network identifiers of the user of the online shop are processed for the purpose of providing the online shop as an information society service and for the purpose of web usage statistics.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the performance of a contract with a customer. Processing of personal data for the performance of a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution).
Recipients to whom personal data are disclosed
Personal data will be transferred to the online shop’s customer support for the purpose of managing purchases and purchase history and resolving customer issues.
The name, telephone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case of goods to be delivered by courier, the customer’s address will be transmitted in addition to the contact details.
If the accounting of the online shop is carried out by the service provider, the personal data will be transferred to the service provider for the purpose of carrying out accounting operations.

Security and data access
Personal data is stored on servers of Zone Media OÜ located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or in the territory of countries that are members of the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to companies in the United States that have signed up to the Privacy Shield framework.
Access to personal data is granted to the employees of the online shop, who can access personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online shop and to provide customer support services.
The online shop implements appropriate physical, organisational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.
The transfer of personal data to the online shop’s processors (e.g. transport service provider and data aggregator) is based on contracts between the online shop and the processors. The processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.
Accessing and correcting personal data
Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the online shop’s user profile. If the purchase has been made without a user account, the personal data can be accessed via the login.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by informing Customer Support by e-mail.
Storage at
Personal data will be deleted when you close your online shop account, unless such data needs to be stored for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes. If a purchase has been made in an online shop without a customer account, the purchase history will be kept for three years. In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is settled or the limitation period expires. Personal data necessary for accounting purposes will be kept for seven years.
Deletion
In order to delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. A reply to the deletion request will be sent within one month at the latest, specifying the period of deletion.
Transfer to
Requests for the transfer of personal data made by e-mail will be answered within one month at the latest. Customer Support will verify the identity and notify the personal data to be transferred.
Direct marketing communications
The email address and telephone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, he/she should select the appropriate reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support. Where personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to both the initial and further processing of his/her personal data, including profiling in relation to direct marketing, by informing customer support by e-mail.
