Select the product you are interested in and read the description of the product.
Add the product you are interested in to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
To order products, click on the “shopping cart” button on the right of the screen and select “View cart”. The “Shopping Cart Summary” page will then open.
Check the contents of the shopping cart and make sure the quantities of the products you order are correct. To change the quantity of products, press the buttons “>” and “<” respectively after the product.
To remove products from the cart, press the “X” button.
Registration is not required to place an order. All personal data of the customer disclosed in the course of orders placed in the e-shop of Glafi OÜ will be treated as confidential information.
When placing an order, select the delivery method. DPD parcel terminals are available.
Payment by bank transfer – Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the glafira.eu e-shop in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank details. The contract will enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the Glafira e-shop’s bank account.
Payment by bank transfer – You will find the invoice and the necessary details on your e-mail address after confirming your order.
Upon receipt of the payment, a notification of receipt of payment will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you.
The goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment and we will inform you of the shipment by e-mail.
DPD parcel terminal
DPD parcel terminals cost €2.95.
The parcel usually arrives the next working day after posting.
When the parcel arrives, you will be notified by SMS that it has arrived.

You have the right to cancel your order if it has not been delivered to you. To cancel your order, send an e-mail to: shop@glafira.eu. We will cancel your order as soon as possible.
If the goods you have purchased are defective or do not meet your expectations, please send us an e-mail 14. During the day to shop@glafira.eu. The goods will be returned if they are in their original packaging and unused. The money will be returned to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.
All claims will be settled by negotiation in accordance with the law of obligations. In case of problems, please contact us.
All prices in the e-shop include the Republic of Estonia VAT 20%.
